- SOW 2018 Approved Vendors Combined Solicitation The National Science Board (NSB) intends to have its Annual Awards Ceremony and Dinner on Wednesday, May 2, 2017 at the U.S. Institute of Peace. The evening consists of a reception, sit-down dinner, and an awards ceremony that will be held from 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. The NSB requires catering services for the evening to include: food and beverages and other services. NOTICE: ONLY U.S. INSTITUTE OF PEACE APPROVED CATERERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. The U.S. Institute of Peace has an approved list of caterers who are authorized to provide catering services within the building. Only caterers on the approved list will be eligible for award. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE U.S. INSTITUTE OF PEACE REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION.
