Description

Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and repair of medical air and vacuum in accordance with the SOW, see Attachment 1 of the solicitation document. The location for delivery/performance is the Alexandria VA Medical Center located at 2495 Shreveport Hwy Pineville, LA 71360-4044. The ordering period is estimated to be from 4/1/2018 through 3/31/2023, but may be adjusted based on the actual date of award. All responsible service-disabled, veteran-owned, small business, registered at www.VetBiz.gov may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to the Contract Specialist. Questions must be submitted by email to james.hunt2@va.gov, and received no later than March 14, 2018. Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 10:00 CT on March 16, 2018, or the date indicated in block 8 of the Standard Form 1449. All quotes must include the following to be considered for award: -Contractor s Name -Contractor s Address -Contractor s Phone Number -POC Name -DUNS Number -CAGE Code -Completed Offeror Representations and Certifications (See Section E.7 of solicitation document) -Completed Technical Acceptability Questionnaire (Solicitation Exhibit A) All quote materials must be emailed to the attention of Jim Hunt at james.hunt2@va.gov.
