- SP7000-18-Q-1034 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-96, 2005-96 dated 06 November 2017, DFARS updated 3 January 2017, and DLAD updated 12 September 2017. The NAICS code 334118 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable. Estimated delivery date is 04/01/2018. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible offeror that provides the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) item. The Offeror shall submit the following Technical information: One copy of information sufficient for technical evaluation. Include, at a minimum: (a) A technical description of the items/services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the Request for Quotes. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (b) Terms of any express warranty; (c) Other information relevant to the capability/performance of products/serviced offered. CLIN 0001 - Volume Band 0B - Black & white Desktop/Tabletop Devices NETWORKED with full Fax, Scan, Copy, Print and CAC Capabilities. Qty: 2 devices CLIN 0002 - Volume Band 0D - Color Desktop/Tabletop Devices NETWORKED with full Fax, Scan, Copy, Print and CAC Capabilities. Qty: 18 devices CLIN 0003 - Volume Band 0D - Color Classified (SIPR) Desktop/Tabletop Devices NETWORKED with full Fax, Scan, Copy, Print and CAC Capabilities. Qty: 2 devices Additional Specifications for each CLIN are found in the "Specifications" document attached. Quote Submittal Quotes must be submitted electronically only to the points of contacts listed below. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that their electronic correspondence and/or quote information has been received by the Government. Offeror shall submit a COMPLETED copy of provision 52.212-3 with offer in order to be considered responsive (The offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) Web site accessed through http://www.sam.gov/portal. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (r) of this provision.
