- Commercial Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is M00318-18-Q-0008 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337125 ((Household Furniture (except Wood and Metal) Manufacturing)) with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 2005-96 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20171228. The quotes are being requested for the following: CLIN 0001: RATTAN 3 SEATER SOFA Description: Fully assembled. Rattan frame. Size is L69" x D30" x H31". Color is light brown. Qty: 10 U/I: EA CLIN 0002: RATTAN LOUNGE CHAIR Description: Fully Assembled. Rattan frame. Size is L27"x D30"xH31". Color is light brown. Qty: 16 U/I: EA CLIN 0003: RATTAN COFFEE TABLES Description: Fully Assembled. Plastic laminate top with rattan edge trim. Approximate dimensions are L44"xW22"xH16". Qty: 8 U/I: EA CLIN 0004: RATTAN END TABLES Description: Fully Assembled. Plastic laminate top with rattan edge trim. Approximate dimensions are L22"xW20"xH20". Qty: 8 U/I: EA CLIN 0005: RATTAN TABLE LAMPS Description: Rattan Lamp with Shade. Shade color is natural. Approximate dimension is H30". Qty: 8 U/I: EA CLIN 0006: RATTAN 4 DRAWER CHEST Description: Fully assembled. Plastic laminate top with rattan edge trim with recessed pull handles. Each drawer shall be equal in size. Approximate dimensions are W37"xD18"xH38". Color is dark brown. Qty: 10 U/I: EA CLIN 0007: RATTAN 5 DRAWER CHEST Description: Fully assembled. Plastic laminate top with rattan edge trim with recessed pull handles. Each drawer shall be equal in size. Approximate dimensions are W45"xD18"xH38". Color is dark brown. Qty: 5 U/I: EA Please include shipping to FOB Destination, and be inclusive of offers on these CLIN's. Award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the best value to the Government. This determination will be made using price and technical acceptability with a query on the Supplier's Performance Risk System (SPRS) database. See SF-1449 Solicitation attached for clauses and provisions. Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation via email to Sgt Raul Porras at raul.porras@usmc.mil no later than March 21, 2018 at 1:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time. Answers will be posted as an amendment no later than March 22, 2018 5:00 PM HST. To be considered for award, contractors must submit quotations to ensure they reach destination by no later than 12:00 PM HST on March 28, 2018. Quotations received after the due date and time will not be considered for award. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
