- Aerial photography for the National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Stewardship Lands for 2018. General requirements are for vertical high resolution (15cm Ground Sample Distance), direct digital orthorectified imagery (4.0 meter horizontal accuracy) in 4-band/8-bit per band tiled GeoTIFF format of approximately 19,106 easements located throughout the United States. Easements can range from one to 16,000 acres. The location of each easement will be identified by Government provided shapefiles. Photo acquisition periods for all easements are from date of award through approximately September 30, 2018. This solicitation will result in: a minimum of two (2), and no more than six (6) firm-fixed price, single-year contract awards, with a Government preference for three (3) contract awards. Easements are awarded on a full-state basis only. This solicitation is partially set-aside for small business, (FAR 52-219-7): one (1) of these contract awards, comprising of a minimum of 5% (based on easement counts), is set-aside for small business. The small business industry size standard for the type of services covered by this procurement, under NAICS code 541922, is the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three (3) years not in excess of $7.5 million. Additional small business awards may be made as a result of the source selection. Solicitation/Request for Proposals (RFP) 12844718R00002 will be issued under FAR part 15 on or about Wednesday, February 21, 2018, with proposals due Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Funds are not presently available (FAR 52.232-18).
