- This Solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE for SMALL BUSINESS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Request For Qualifications (RFQ) Posted ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: This solicitation is contemplating a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract for the Crow River Bank Stabilization Project in Hennepin County, MN (on the South Fork of the Crow River adjacent to the Delano Sportsman's Club). A design-build methodology is anticipated with a Phase 1 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a Phase 2 Request for Proposals (RFP). This contract anticipates a magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This solicitation uses North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 million. The Contractor will be responsible to design and construct stabilization to the embankment and to protect County Road 50 from further erosive effects of the river.
