- Exhibit A - Exhibit T Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001 & A002 Attachment 001 Price Matrix- Chipboard/Boxboard Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-18-R-3009 Chipboard/Boxboard The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a contractor to provide the following 12 chipboard/boxboard components: The Request for Proposal (RFP) is a Small Business Set-Aside and is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award. The applicable NAICS code is 322130; size standard is 1,250 employees. FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award resulting from this solicitation.
