- The Federal Aviation Administration seeks to lease approximately 7000 square feet of office/wharehouse space. Minimum of 5440 square feet of office space. Secure reserve parking for 8 government vehicles. Ample parking for 32 employees. The areas of consideration are within 10 miles of the FAA ARTCC Facility,825 E Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176. The Term is (10) Years with option to renew. Must have shipping and recieving accessibility with minimum door width and height 60 x 80 inches, prefably ground level or ramp access. The Space must be available 24/7 (at all times) Office space must meet FAA requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability (if required by the lease). A full service lease is required
