- ATTCH 1 SOW ATTCH 6 COVER SHEET ATTCH 5 WD REV -6 15-4531 ATTCH 3 DASH 2 ADDENDUM Amendment 01 1449 Original 1449 ATTCH 2 DASH 1 ADDENDUM ATTCH 4 DRAFT EVENT ITINERARY The contractor shall provide 4-star hotel or deluxe resort type quality with water access, preferred lodging, meeting rooms, and meals provided throughout the summit. The location of the summit will be within 45 miles of Hurlburt Field, FL. QUESTIONS shall be emailed to Destinee Narak at destinee.narak-clinkscales@us.af.mil by 20 March 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. COMPLETED OFFER will be emailed IAW Addendum 52.212-1(b), Submission of offers. This paragraph is tailored as follows: Submit proposals electronically to the Government via the Army AMRDEC site at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Welcome.aspx as a NON CAC USER no later than Wednesday, 28 March 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
