They will to continue services to homeless veterans in Corpus Christi TX on behalf of the Valley Coastal Bend Veterans Healthcare System, Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program Office located in Harlingen TX. Charlie s Place will continue to provide substance abuse rehabilitation, mental health stabilization and supportive transitional housing and care for up to 17 veterans daily who are homeless within Corpus Christi, TX.
