36C25018Q0483 Boiler Safety Device Test Inspection Services Department of Veteran Affairs Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, single award contract for test boiler safety devices, tune boiler controls, and perform internal and external boiler/deaerator inspections. Solicitation packages will be available on or about March 16, 2018. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to shasta.britt@va.gov by 2:00 p.m. March 20, 2018. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Quotations are due no later than 2:00 PM (ET) on or about March 23, 2018 by email or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 NAICS Code is 541350, and Size Standard is $7.5 Million. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13. Award shall be based upon the overall best value to the Government using Price, and non-price factors. The solicitation will be issued as full and open competition as Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
