- Uniform Contract Format document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, 030ADV18R0180, is issued as an unrestricted Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97/01-24-2018. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 5836 Video Recording and Reproducing Equipment. This solicitation includes information for the anticipated single-award, Firm Fixed-Price commercial contract. Refer to the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses, to include, instructions to offerors, and evaluation factors for award. The Library of Congress incorporates deviations from 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 that are also included in the attached solicitation document.
