- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire replenishment surplus spare part: NSN: 1615002251963GA; Noun: Inner Ring Assembly; P/N: 204-011-402-17; applicable to the UH-1H Helicopter using Full & Open Competition. Solicitation SPRWA1-18-Q-0023 is for a Firm Fixed Price effort for New/ Unused Commercial and/or Government Surplus to obtain 14 each of the item labeled: Inner Ring Assembly, from a supply source with existing available stock on the shelf. All vendors must provide proof of traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, the part must be “new surplus” and traceable to an original Government acquisition contract. (Government Surplus: New/Unused, Commercial Surplus: New/Unused.) Regarding all bidding vendors, the delivery schedule required is 90 Days ARO or before.
