Description

This Solicitation is Open to Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses Only This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C26118Q0398 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a NEW PROCUREMEMENT. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, January 1, 2018. This requirement will be made under the associated NAICS code 541330 with a small business size standard of 15 million. Basis for Award - Evaluation of quotations will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, and award made based on the lowest price technically acceptable quotation that meets or exceeds the all the technical specifications in the performance work statement (PWS). Period of Performance Base Period April 9, 2018 April 8, 2019 The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors Commercial (Jan 2017) Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms and conditions, provisions included in this solicitation. Include a current copy of your SDVOSB Vetbiz.gov verification print-out. Any equivalent products must meet all the salient characteristics attached. To clearly determine if a substitute is acceptable, all responses that offer what is believed to be an equal must include a side by side comparison with the brand that is requested. 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Oct 2014) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation meets or exceeds all of the technical specifications in the PWS. 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Nov 2017) Include a completed copy of their Representations and Certifications with their quote.
