- On March 14, 2018, Contracting Officer James Mowery attempted to post, to this Sources Sought Notice, an Amendment No. 1 which was supposed to contain an PDF-file-copy of the Statement of Work's "Exhibit 1: Post Hours Summary". But, as far as he can tell, Mr. Mowery was not able to successfully upload that Exhibit 1 as an additional file in this Sources Sought Notice. Therefore, companies interested in obtaining that Exhibit 1 may e-mail a request to james.mowery@dot.gov and to David.Stackleather@dot.gov and to Ellen.Polsky@dot.gov.
