- MIL-E-24091C AMEND 1 MIL-E-24091C DLA Maritime-Mechanicsburg is preparing to solicit a 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (See FAR 16.504) for Class 1, Size 1, Potassium Bicarbonate, Dry Chemical, Cartridge-Operated, Portable Fire Extinguishers made IAW MIL-E-24091C. The anticipated contract structure is a 3 year base ordering period, plus 2 one-year options. NSN: 4210-00-989-4589 PN: MIL-E-424091, CL1, SZ1 Description: Fire Extinguisher Estimated Yearly Buy QTY: 500 Each AMC/AMSC: 1G AMC 1 = Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time AMSC G = The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.
