- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Command (ARDEC) intends to issue a brand name Request for Quote to Dell Federal Systems L.P. (Dell), 1 Dell Way, Round Rock TX 78682-7000 CAGE Code 3XAU1pursuant to FAR 16.505(a)(4) for forty-five (45) laptops under consolidated buy period #26 of the Computer Hardware enterprise Software Solutions (CHESS) program for which Dell is the only company that can provide the requested Dell computers in the configuration to meet this requirement. This purchase is for forty-five laptop computers with upgrades for the warranty, CPR, docking station, hard drive, memory, optical drive, travel adapter, and video card. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 334111.
