- REVISED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT REVISED REQUEST FOR QUOTE AMENDMENT 0002 TO RFQ SP3300-18-Q-5017 DLA Distribution received additional questions in response to Amendment 0001 to RFQ SP3300-18-Q-5017. Amendment 0002 is posted to respond to those questions, and to incorporate a revised Request for Quote and revised Performance Work Statement. The revised RFQ and revised PWS supersede and replace the RFQ and PWS originally posted on February 20, 2018. Contractors are requested to provide quotes in response to the revised RFQ and revised PWS incorporated by this Amendment 0002. The following documents are attached: 1. Amendment 0002 to RFQ SP3300-18-Q-5017 2. Attachment 1 to Amendment 0002 (revised RFQ) 3. Attachment 2 to Amendment 0002 (revised PWS) The hour and date specified for receipt of quotes is not extended and remains as March 23, 2018. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0002 in accordance with the instructions in Block 11 of the SF 30 (page 1 of the Amendment).
