- Sole Source documentation The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) has a requirement for Chief Architect Maintenance. The ERDC intends to issue an award to Four, Inc., 12930 Worldgate Drive, Suite 125, Herndon, VA 20170 on a sole source basis. This procurement is being conducted using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5M. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued. However, interested vendors or contractors may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to Olivia White by email address Olivia.White@usace.ary.mil no later than 2:00PM CST on 19 MAR 2018. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The determination whether or not to compete this procurement is at the discretion of the Government. All communications in response to this notice must be in writing.
