- NSN 4210 - 016686221 is for AFFF with QPL (Qualified Product List). This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 600 DR. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 20 March 2018. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
