- 360 ASSESSMENTS FOR SOUTH PACIFIC DIVISION (SPD) U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS CONTRACTING DIVISION SUPERVISORS. The proposed procurement is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside Request For Proposal (RFP), and thus open to WOSB only. NAICS is 611430, with a size standard of $11,000,000.00. RFP will be issued on or about 29 March 2018, with proposals due on or about 30 April 2018. Offerors are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process, and is subject to the availability of funds. THE PROJECT consists of development and administration of a 360 Assessment, assessment and development of a detailed feedback report, and providing coaching to approximately 163 individual supervisors in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) South Pacific Division (SPD) districts and division headquarters over a two-year period. THE PROJECT will be advertised as a Request for Proposal. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of a firm that represents the best value to the Government. The proposed procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract.
