Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 19.140, FAR Part 8 0and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation 36C26218Q0437 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 333415 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 1250 Employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking the following equipment Fisher Scientific Laboratory Cold Storage Freezer and Refrigerator that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with a brand name or equal product for the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS): BRAND NAME INFO: Thermo Scientific PRF17-1B Jewett Dual Temperature Laboratory Refrigerator/Freezer 2330A Automatic Defrost Laboratory Freezer 5004A Automatic Defrost Pharmacy Refrigerator See attached SF 1449 Solicitation for further details. Place of Performance: VA San Diego Healthcare System), 3350 La Jolla Village Dr., CA 92161. Period of Performance: Within 15-30 days of placing order or sooner if available.
