- NON Personal Services: Provision and delivery of food services for the Chief Ignacio Justice Center (CIJC), in Towaoc, CO. Food for Adult and Juvenile Detention Facility for Office of Justice Services District IV, Ute Mountain. The CIJC can house up to 54 adults and 22 juveniles per day. Food shall feed inmates three nutritious meals per day including two extra snacks for juvenile and special dietary requirement (i.e. diabetic, pregnancies and other prescribed medical conditions). The CIJC has certified dietician approved menus which shall identify the requirements for combined estimated nutritional values. Normally one delivery per week. However special circumstances could require two or three deliveirs per week. Sounces southr for Small Business enterprises.
