- Preventive Maintenance on 3D printers(Project 860 and Project 3500HD) The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL intends to Solicit for a potential a sole-source firm-fixed price small purchase order to Duncan-Parnell, P.O. Box 3549, Charlotte, NC 28235 for Annual preventive maintenance on Project 860 Pro 3D printers and Project 3500 Pro HD. This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reasons; Only certified technicians are authorize to perform maintenance on 3D System 3D printers. Additionally, only 3D System repair parts can be used to maintain the 3 D printers and warranty. Use of any other technicians not authorized by Duncan-Parnell, or use of parts not from Duncan-Parnell will void the warranty. Period of Performance: 4/19/2018 through 4/18/2022 (if options are exercised). FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC) 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407. NAICS Code 811219 applies. Small Business Size standard 20.5 (millions of dollars). PSC is J074. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price and past performance, and adherence to the specifications.
