- Dep. Of Labor Wage Determination (REF. ONLY) SAM REGISTRATION (REF. ONLY) TECH. EXHIBIT (FLOOR PLAN) SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) ADDENDUM SF 1449 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to replace existing tiled resilient flooring and install approximately a total of 2,925 Square Feet (SF) or 325 Square Yard (SY) of new rolled resilient athletic flooring as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and Tech. Exhibit (TE). The location of work shall be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy recommends that any vendor interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit prior to submission of quote. Visits to the site may be coordinated with CWO3 Tom Huffman, 860-444-8554 or by email at Thomas.I.Huffman@uscg.mil
