- RFP Attachment 2 RFP Attachment 1 Request For Proposal The primary objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to acquire legislative and regulatory tracking online-based tools that will allow FirstNet to do the following: Surveying, analyzing, and tracking new and proposed Federal laws and regulations; Surveying, analyzing, and tracking new and proposed laws of all U.S. states and territories; Distribute and analyze federal and state policy and political reporting. The overall goal is to subscribe to the services of the constellation of contractors whose products will cover the broadest range of sources of legislation and reporting in the most cost effective combination. Analysis of the information to be supplied will be performed by FirstNet to make predictions, to extrapolate, prognosticate, estimate and plan strategies. The most advantageous products a company could make available to FirstNet would be those that include the company's own analysis, interpretations, predictions and advice. FirstNet requires four (4) users per year with an option to increase up to six (6) users at any time throughout the period of performance, to include option years. The optional two (2) users shall be prorated to allow all subscriptions to expire at the end of the stated period of performance, to include the base period and all option periods, if exercised. *** See attached solicitation for details.
