- Attachment 2: Notice Attachment 1: Synopsis This announcement constitutes a synopsis. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the government. The 6th Contracting Squadron intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) with 5 year ordering periods. The proposed period of performance is 1 April 2018 to 31 Mar 2023. The contractor shall provide all deployment gear for MacDill AFB, Florida in accordance with standards established by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the United States Air Force (USAF), the Air Mobility Command (AMC), MacDill AFB and Statement of Need (SON). The government reserves the right to award to a BPA to other than the lowest price. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990. To be considered for award of BPA, you are required to provide a Notice of Intent. Future competition will be limited to only those who provide a Notice of Intent. Anticipate award by 1 Apr 2018 with an anticipated start date of 1 Apr 2018.
