- IFB for 44 Passenger Leased Buses without Drivers Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox is issuing an invitation for bid (IFB) for a requirements-type contract supplying 44 passenger leased buses without drivers. A firm-fixed price requirements-type contract will be awarded with a six month base period, plus four one-year option periods. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS 532120 (Size Standard: $38.5M) applies to this procurement. All responsible and responsive small businesses may submit a bid for consideration. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract. All amendments will be posted to this website, as such, contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 2:00PM ET on 4 April 2018 to Julie Hill at julie.s.hill.civ@mail.mil.
