- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to negotiate on a sole source basis, with Diverse Computing. The Government intends to negotiate a fixed-price,commercial contract for the purchase of eAgent Message Switch Support and Maintenance. A sole-source Procurement is authorized in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - only one responsible source that can provide the support and maintenance that is reasonably available and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this Procurement is 541219 and the PSC. Code is D399. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit a written capabilities statement to the items being procured. Written information must be submitted electronically to Cynthia.beckett@usss.dhs.gov and mark.broughton@usss.dhs.gov. Information received as. Result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive Procurement in the future. Submission of information does not guarantee that this requirement will become a competitive Procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition, based on response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Go ernment.
