- Request for Information V-22 ACC-NJ is issuing this RFI to gather industry capabilities and to determine if any vendors are capable of providing Product Support Services including program management, acquisition, engineering, logistics, training, data and technical management, integrated systems management, analysis, planning, technical and sustainability support in support of the V-22 Osprey tilt rotor aircraft managed by Program Manager AIR-275 (PMA-275), the V-22 Joint Program Office (JPO), with Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force personnel at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD. PMA-275 requires product support services under the current contract (Contract number W15QKN-14-C-0049) to be extended until a follow on contract can be awarded. This extension will be a bridge effort with a period of performance of approximately 5 months following the date of the modification. The bridge effort must be awarded by 31 May 2018 and it is anticipated that a sole source agreement will be negotiated with the current vendor due to continuity, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The follow on effort to contract W15QKN-14-C-0049 is anticipated to be solicited under the Program and System Support (PASS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Contract. In accordance with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
