- Solicitation This is a non-personal services contract to provide all labor, supervision, certain equipment/supplies, and transportation to provide facility cleaning services for the Corps of Engineers (Garrison Project/ Lake Sakakawea). Services include all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility cleaning services for the Corps of Engineers as defined in this Performance Work Statement (See PWS in solicitation for more details).
