McGregor, north to old shell road, old shell road west to hillcrest road South: Highway 90- Cottage Hill Road to Azalea Road, than south to Highway 90 West: Hillcrest Road- from old shell road south to Cottage Hill Road East: Halls Mill Road- Highway 90 East to McVay Dr. N then south to Halls Mills Road to Holcombe Ave to Highway 90 to South Monterey Street North to Dauphin Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,660 Maximum Sq. Ft.
