- SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this is 561320 -- Temporary Help Services. Size Standard $27.5M. This acquisition is Set Aside: 100% for HUBZone Small Business. Requirement: This notice is issued by the Alabama National Guard to provide Role Players, Moulage and Weighted Manikins and Ambulance Support Services in order to conduct a CERFP Exercise on 24-25 April 2018 at Pelham Range, Anniston, Alabama. Solicitation, Performance Work Statement and Wage Determinations attached. Notice to Potential Offerors: All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
