- Install FARM Security Fence B2785- The work includes the installation of security fence around Building 2785 Facility for Antenna and RCS Measurement (FARM) facility at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The security fence will consist primarily of a seven-foot-high vinyl coated chain link with alternating sections that are non-metallic or wood. Additional items of work include a remotely controlled and monitored motorized gate and access control system that communicates back to the FARM building and base wide monitoring stations. ************************************************************ The work includes, Sealed Bidding. The solicitation will be available on or after March 29, 2018. ************************************************************ The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238190 and the annual size standard is $15,000,000.00 Million. ************************************************************ Estimated cost: $100,000.00 to $500,000.00. ************************************************************ The contract term will be a base period of 120 calendar days. ************************************************************ This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. ************************************************************ Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. ************************************************************ The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. ************************************************************ Offerors shall submit with their offer a bid bond of 100% of the amount for Davis Bacon Act (DBA) work.
