- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE -70Z08318BPCR11100 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for REPAIR HVAC AND ROOF, BUILDING 63 AT USCG BASE ELIZABETH CITY, NC. Major areas of work include: Repair and replace the existing mechanical equipment servicing the Administration Office and Avionics Shop. Complete or partial removal of existing suspended ceiling systems for access to air-handling units and ductwork, removal of air-handling units and removal and alterations to existing ductwork, installation of new insulated suspended ceiling systems and repair and replacement of existing ceiling system components, upgrade existing electrical circuits to new equipment. Estimated period of performance is 379 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0M. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. This procurement is estimated between $3.0M and $5.0M. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS.
