- Description
- 1. The project includes the installation of new heating lines and radiators in building 122. The existing flush-mounted heating lines remain in the walls. Surface-mounting of the new heating lines. Plaster repair and refinishing of paint in the area of the installation site. 2. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. 3. The performance period is 120 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 30 calendar days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued today. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will e considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
