- EXTENSION OF SITE VISIT ACCESS REQUEST SUBMISSION - ADDED 14 MAR 2018 Site visit access requests for Buenaventura may be submitted no later than Thrusday, March 15, 2018 at 8:00 am local (Bogota) time to ZunigaJX@state.gov and OrtizHM@state.gov and must include the following information: 1. Subject Line: 19WHAR18Q0001 - Site Visit Access Request - Name of Company; 2. Full name of all attendees (not to exceed 4 attendees per company); and 3. Copy of government-issued ID for each attendee. If a Colombian national provide the "Cedula" information. Otherwise provide passport information. The step above is separate and distinct from the preregistration required at Hotel Cosmos Pacifico on the day of the event. Only companies that have obtained access approval will be allowed to preregister and attend the site visit. Walk-ins will not be allowed.
