- SPE4A7-18- R-0818 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 3 each of NSN 1560-01-236-4535: AV-8B Aircraft, INLET DUCT, STARTER. This is a Critical Application Item. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. This has a Contractor FAT and a Contractor Production Lot Test. Delivery will be requested to be 270 Days for the FAT Report and an additional 270 days for the Production Items. A Tech Data Package does exist for this item. This is a Small Business Set Aside. The RFP will be available after March 26, 2018.
