- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 6680-00-800-4505, Transmitter, Liquid, Duct, in accordance with Northrop Grumman Technical, CAGE 0JRC1, P/N 4-64900-31, Simmonds Precision Products Inc., CAGE 89305, P/N EA804GBL1785, and Lavi Systems Inc., CAGE 0ADZ9, P/N T-2404-T38/F5. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 22 EA for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 61 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button.
