- The following questions were asked: Please confirm that the awarded contractor must be a Factory Authorized and Trained Liebert Service Partner? A- Awarded Contractor must be factory trained such that any work on the equipment does not void the manufacturer warranty. We are not familiar with any UPS with a Model Number of NRB41CCSAHA0N87, can you please confirm this is the correct Model Number and provide the Manufacturer and KVA of the UPS? A- Model number is correct. The manufacturer is Emerson/Liebert and the is a 45 kVA UPS. How many batteries are in the battery cabinet associated with the UPS that is listed with a Model Number of NRB41CCSAHA0N87 ? A- Two tiers of 24 for a total of 48 batteries in the cabinet. Who is the current Incumbent Contractor and what is the current contract year price? A- It is not appropriate to discuss the incumbent or the current cost with bidders, however you may submit a Freedom of Information Act request at www.foia.gov
