- Statement of Work Combo RFQ FA461318Q1000 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: FA461318Q1000 Purchase Description: Television and Equipment Purchase and Installation for Bldg. 340 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461318Q1000, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 750 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005--96 effective 6-Nov-17, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20171228 effective 28-Dec-17 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2017-1003 effective 10/3/2017 DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS/SERVICES: All CLIN's F.O.B. Destination. Install four vendor -supplied televisions (display monitors 70"), next to each other (two per wall), in room 106A, each with a vendor -supplied/installed 2-way tilting wall TV mount. Install two vendor -supplied televisions (display monitors 50"), each with a vendor -supplied/installed 2-way tilting wall TV mount, next to each other in the six other rooms. Each of these monitors will be wired to a vendor -supplied/installed dual HDMI wall plate. Dual HDMI Wall plate will be used for cable management in the wall from the TV connection to the customer-provided docking station. Vendor will supply cabling from the TV to the vendor -supplied/installed dual HDMI wall plate, from dual HDMI wall plate to the customer-provided docking station, and from the docking station to vendor -supplied/installed matrix switch located on a work surface. This is to allow the customer to plug in from either side of the work surface to the customer supplied docking station. Cables are to be neatly organized on the floor and secured in a manner to not present a tripping hazard. Customer will supply power for the televisions (display monitors) and docking station at each work surface. The contractor will do final testing ensuring televisions and switches are connected and working to customer's satisfaction.
