- Amended for qty change to 29 EA. Issue on or about 3/22/18, close on or about 04/05/18. PR 72050154 for NSN 1615-01-198-7553, Approved Source - The Boeing Company, CAGE 77272, P/N 114R2050-36. DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package/drawings available for this NSN. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 29 EA. Inspection/Acceptance will be at origin and FOB origin, delivery 656 days ARO or less. Contractor First Article Test and Government Production Lot Tests are required. This is an Army Critical Safety item (CSI). This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 03/22/18, and the closing date is on or around 04/05/2018. It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM). The SAM registration address is https://www.sam.gov Currently Boeing is the only DLA approved source/sole source. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for award possibly for future procurements if approved. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
