- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Ladies and Gentlemen, The American Consulate General, Frankfurt is looking for interested and qualified companies for the Request for Proposal (RFP) 19GE5018R0018 for: SHIPPING AND PACKING SERVICES AMERICAN EMBASSY BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in the second/third quarter of calendar year 2018. Qualifications required include that firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses. NOTE: Registration in the US System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at the help tab of https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by e-mail to Ms. Wencke Jacobsen at Jacobsenw@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov ) no later than April 6, 2018, using the solicitation number 19GE5018R0018 in the subject line.
