- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation N62742-18-T-6552 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336111 “ Automobile Manufacturing. This RFQ is issued as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedure (FAR Part 13) and is issued in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract for GPOI Vietnamese Vehicles procure, Hanoi, Vietnam. CLIN 0001 : Sport Utility Vehicle: Auto-Transmission (LHD) = 2 Units CLIN 0002 : Sport Utility Vehicle: Manual-Transmission (LHD) = 2 Units CLIN 0003 : Passenger Van (LHD “ 14-16 Passengers) = 2 Units CLIN 0004 : Minibus (LHD “ 29 Passengers) = 2 Units No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest Responsive and Responsible offer. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible offerors must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 “ System for Award Management. All questions are due by 28 Mar 2018 at 14:30, Thailand Time. The quotation closing date is 17 April 2018 at 14:30, Thailand Time. Both questions and quotation can be submitted via email.
