- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # N4523A18RC25081 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 dated 6 November 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 336611 (Shipbuilding and repairing), with a Business Size Standard of 1250 employees. The Product Service Code Class is J019 ( Maintenance / Repair of Equipment - Ships, small craft, pontoons, and floating docks ). CLIN 0001; FOB Origin: Service to rewind AC Motor Stator Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. Method of Payment: DFARS Clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions, and incorporating DFARS clause 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS) Contracting Office (Code 440) has a requirement for a service to rewind motor stator per attached statement of workfor PSNS Bremerton for a commercial supply firm fixed price single award contract (FFP). The Estimated Period of Performance is as follows: 4/2/2018 through 4/30/2018 The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision.
