- Delineated area map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: 6 th Street; South: Pershing Road / 27 th Street; East: Cherry Street /19 th Street / Holmes Street; West: Interstate Highway 35. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,703 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,238 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 24 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 24 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 24 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None. Additional Requirements: Must be located on the 3rd floor or higher, may not be located on the top floor; Offered space must be contiguous on one or more floors; The occupying Agency must have unrestricted access to the space 24 hours per day, 365 days per year; A freight or public elevator that can be keyed off for exclusive use by the Government for secured transport must be available; Offered space and building must be capable of meeting the Government's Security Requirements and Agency Special Requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
