- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. Sources Sought: THG kit for 800nm pulses with pulse duraTon ~ 35fs. Crystal aperture 12mm. OD 1" mounted. Each kit consists of a total of four crystals: (a) A BBO crystal for Type I SHG, mounted in an OD 1"holder; (b) A BBO Crystal for Type I THG, mounted in an OD 1" holder; (c) An ultrathin ~ 45 um dual waveplate to maximize the bandwidth and minimize the dispersion, mounted in an OD 1" holder; (d) A calcite Tme delay compensator, mounted in an OD 1" holder This is not a request for quote. Vendors interested in being considered as a potential source should identify themselves as an "interested party" via the FBO portal. Do not contact the subcontract administrator.
