Ft. (ABOA):3,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,000 Rentable Square Feet:Not to exceed 3,450 RSF Space Type:Office Space Parking Spaces (Total):29 Parking Spaces (Surface):29 Parking Spaces (Structured):N/a Parking Spaces (Reserved):n/a Full Term:10 years Firm Term:4 months (120 days) Option Term:n/a Additional Requirements:Space must meet Seismic Requirements per GSA RP8 Standards (see attached) Parkinglot must be able to accomodate trucks and trailers Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Amount of onsite paved parking available; parking lot must be able to accommodate pull-thru trailers and oversized vehicles. 8.
