- The unrestricted solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000065002 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). NAICS 336320 Sources: JW Speaker Corp (CAGE 78422) and Oshkosh Defense, LLC (CAGE 75Q65) NSN: 6220-01-326-2286; SPOTLIGHT Required delivery is 52 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 1028 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a two-year base with 1 option for a 3-year performance period. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Higher Level Required This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https//dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 09 Apr 2018. Electronic (DIBBS) Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with FAR 15.208 and notify/cc the Acquisition Specialist.
