- Sources Sought Notice This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Kansas Army National Guard, USPFO for Kansas is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture: Kit, Sustainment M.R. Parts. P/N: 57K8661 for the overhaul of the X1100-3B transmissions. Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package for review. This is restricted to approved vendors of the U.S. Army Tank Command, Warren, MI., 48397-5000. These parts require engineering source approval by the design control activity (U.S. Army Tank Command) in order to maintain the quality of the part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Some information is proprietary to the OEM. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any materials as a result of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
